How do I start a booking?
Are dietary requirements documented?
What payment methods do you accept?
Submit an enquiry via our contact form with your event date, headcount, and service type. We confirm receipt within one business day.
We accept BACS bank transfer and major credit cards. A deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance is due 14 days before the event.
Yes. Allergen, halal, vegan, and gluten-free provisions are confirmed in writing at the quote stage. Nothing is assumed on the day.

Can menus be adjusted for allergies?
We confirm scope, issue a written quote within two business days, and hold your date on receipt of a deposit. All terms are documented before service.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Full terms are issued with your quote.
Yes. We list allergen content for every dish in our standard menus. Custom substitutions are confirmed in the written agreement before service.

How far in advance should I book?
Yes. We routinely handle events with multiple dietary requirements across the same service, including halal, vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-free options.
Final headcount must be confirmed no later than five business days before the event. We accommodate increases subject to availability; reductions may affect pricing.
We recommend a minimum of four weeks for corporate events and eight weeks for weddings. Shorter lead times are assessed on availability.
