We collect name, email address, phone number, and event details submitted via our enquiry and contact forms. We do not collect payment card data directly through this website.

3. How We Use Your Data

Submitted enquiry data is used solely to respond to your catering request, prepare a quotation, and manage your booking. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Privacy Policy

We process data under the lawful basis of legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and, where applicable, contractual necessity (managing a confirmed booking).

4. Data Retention

Last updated: January 2025. Governs how we collect, store, and process personal data in line with UK GDPR.

Enquiry records are retained for 12 months from the date of submission. Booking and contractual records are retained for 7 years in compliance with UK financial record-keeping requirements.

5. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact support@oludenizcatering.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

6. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Access to submitted enquiry data is restricted to authorised staff only.

1. Definitions

'Company' means OLUDENIZ CATERING LIMITED. 'Client' means the individual or organisation placing a catering booking. 'Event' means the occasion for which catering services are contracted.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit payment. Verbal or email enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking.

Final headcount and dietary requirements must be confirmed in writing no later than 14 days before the event date. Changes requested after this deadline are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total quoted fee is due upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Invoices unpaid beyond agreed terms may incur a late payment charge.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (BACS), company cheque, and credit or debit card. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

Last updated: January 2025. Governs all catering bookings, payment terms, and cancellation rights.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit forfeited. Cancellations 15–30 days before: 50% of total contract value due. Cancellations within 14 days: 100% of total contract value due.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@oludenizcatering.com. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received by the Company.

5. Dietary Requirements

The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate stated dietary requirements. Allergen information is provided for each menu item. The Client is responsible for communicating all guest dietary needs accurately and within the confirmation window.

6. Liability

The Company's total liability for any claim arising from a confirmed booking shall not exceed the total contract value paid by the Client. The Company is not liable for events outside its reasonable control including venue closures or extreme weather.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
