Event Packages: What Is Included
Each package below defines scope, staffing, equipment, and service duration. Confirmed scope and cost are returned before any deposit is requested.
Staffing: one supervisor and one server per 25 guests. Equipment: all crockery, glassware, linen, and serving stations provided.
Corporate Day Package
Setup from 7:00 AM. Full clear-down and space restoration included. Dietary variants confirmed in writing seven days prior.
Suitable for 20–200 delegates. Includes arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, working lunch, and afternoon tea service.
Pricing: quoted per head based on confirmed headcount, menu selection, and venue access requirements. No day-of extras.
Staffing: dedicated event manager, front-of-house team, and kitchen crew scaled to headcount. Full uniform, briefed to your run-of-show.
Event Dining Package
Equipment: portable kitchen, chafing stations, bar setup, and all tableware. Venue-specific logistics confirmed at pre-event site visit.
Suitable for 30–800 guests. Covers weddings, private dinners, product launches, and awards evenings. Buffet or seated service.
Service duration: up to six hours inclusive of setup and breakdown. Extended hours available at agreed rate, documented before the day.
